Neck or Cervical Spine Pain

One of the most commonly reported complaints to physicians is neck pain. Although more common among women, most people will experience some form of neck pain in their lifetime. There are several causes of neck pain, but they can generally be separated into two categories: “acute” causes (typically sudden pain that lasts less than three months and is caused by disc herniations, cervical facet syndrome, acute muscle strain, or traumatic injury such as whiplash) and “chronic” causes (pain that lasts longer than three months and can be from multiple sources, but is most often due to ligaments, discs, facet joint irritation, and muscular sources).

Depending on the source of pain, here at Wasatch Pain Solutions we have many solutions to help reduce or eliminate pain all together.
